Cancellation Policy

R3 SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: 08/16/2025 These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, memberships, and bookings made with R3 Spa LLC, a Colorado-registered company or their site or affiliates. By booking a session or purchasing a pass, you agree to the terms below. 1. PASSES, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS Types Offered: Founder's Pass – Valid for 2 months from activation; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day). Does not automatically extend. 3-Month Pass – $285 charged every 3 months; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day). Annual Pass – $960 charged every 12 months; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day). Unlimited Pass – Valid for 1 month from activation; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day). Session Packs (5 or 10) – Valid for 3 years from purchase. Single Session – Valid for use within 6 months of purchase. ​ Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All passes and session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Auto-Renewal: 3-Month, Annual, and Unlimited Passes will be automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date. Founder's Pass does not auto-renew. You may cancel anytime through your account. No-Shows: If a guest fails to show up for 2 scheduled sessions in any 7-day period (regardless of pass type), their booking access may be suspended for 1 week. Single session and session pack holders will forfeit the missed session. ​ 2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Booking Limits: Up to 2 sessions per day may be booked by pass holders. Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before your session without penalty. Cancelling less than 2 hours before, or failing to show up, will result in: Loss of session credit for single session and session pack holders A strike toward suspension for all pass holders ​ 3. PAYMENTS Payments are securely processed via our payment provider. We do not store credit card or payment information directly. ​ 4. ACCOUNT & WAIVER REQUIREMENT You must create an account and sign our waiver prior to attending your first session. ​ 5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & SAFETY By entering R3 Spa, you agree to the following: Treat all guests and staff with respect. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will result in removal and possible ban. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. If you see something, say something. Appropriate swimwear is required in all wet areas.
