R3 SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, memberships, and bookings made with R3 Spa LLC, a Colorado-registered company or their site or affiliates. By booking a session or purchasing a pass, you agree to the terms below.

1. PASSES, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

Types Offered:

Founder's Pass – $129 for 2 months of unlimited sessions (up to 2/day). Does not automatically renew.
3-Month Pass – $285 charged every 3 months; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day)
Annual Pass – $960 charged every 12 months; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day)
Unlimited Pass – Valid for 1 month from activation; unlimited sessions (up to 2/day)
Session Bundles – Valid for 3 years from purchase
Single Session – Valid for use within 6 months of purchase

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Auto-Renewal: All passes auto-renew unless otherwise stated. The Founder's Pass does not renew automatically. 3-Month, Annual, and Unlimited Passes will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account.

No-Shows: If a guest holding any pass fails to show up for 2 scheduled sessions in any 7-day period, their booking access may be suspended for 1 week. For session pack and single session holders, the missed session will be forfeited.

2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Limits:

Up to 2 sessions per day may be booked by holders of unlimited passes (Founder’s, 3-Month, Annual, or Unlimited Monthly).

Cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before your session without penalty.

Cancelling less than 2 hours before, or failing to show up, will result in:

Loss of the session credit (for Single Session or Session Bundles)
A strike toward suspension for pass holders (Monthly, 3 Months, or Annual)

3. PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed via our payment provider. We do not store credit card or payment information directly.

4. ACCOUNT & WAIVER REQUIREMENT

You must create an account and sign our waiver prior to attending your first session.

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & SAFETY

By entering R3 Spa, you agree to the following:

Treat all guests and staff with respect. Harassment or discrimination of any kind may result in a permanent ban.
Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. If you see something, say something.
Appropriate swimwear is required in all wet areas.
Showering before using the cold plunges is mandatory.
You must complete and submit a waiver before your first session.
Guests must be in good health and acknowledge full responsibility for their own safety. Consult a doctor before undertaking contrast therapy if you aren't sure you are in good health.
Know your limits. If you feel unwell, stop immediately.
For safety: Do not exceed 15 minutes in the sauna or 3 minutes in the cold plunge in a single round.

6. PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

We collect and use your personal information (such as name, email, and booking history) solely to deliver services, respond to your inquiries, and send relevant updates.

We use cookies to help optimize your web experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect functionality.

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with trusted providers for booking/payment processing only.

7. POLICY UPDATES

R3 Spa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted to our website. Continued use of the Site or our physical location indicates acceptance of any changes.
